Client Background

Douwe Egberts is one of the leading brands of the Sara Lee Corporation, a company in the field of consumer products. In 2002 Douwe Egberts acquired a new look recognising the importance of keeping its brand and identity up to date with the Aroma lady replacing the Frisian lady which is now synonymous with the brand on a worldwide basis.

Points of note

This is the second office design and fit-out project Maris have carried out within the fabulous new Horizon building in Maidenhead, having only last year completed 13,000 sq ft for leading pan-European company, Zetes.

Douwe Egberts place great emphasis on their people and core values and these key objectives were considered and incorporated within the design of the space. Maris’ Design team created a sophisticated and mature, yet accessible, scheme which reflected the Client’s core values and gave them an inviting space to which they are proud to welcome customers and visitors.
