Points of note

Cozen O’Connor are a long-established Maris Client. Based on an extremely positive existing relationship this leading law firm appointed Maris Interiors to undertake the office design and relocation of their new office space.

Cozen O’Connor relocated due to a comprehensive refurbishment of their old building; eager to remain in the same area Maris assisted in the move to new premises. The new offices at 140 Fenchurch Street optimises the workspace by efficiently combining open plan with meeting areas. The addition of phone booths facilitates the possibility of confidential conversations essential in the context of legal practice. The space is shaped by the prevalence of natural light flooding into the floor and the extensive use of timbers and veneers.
