Client Background

Chancerygate is one of the leading industrial and warehouse development businesses in the UK. Since being formed in 1995 the company has successfully completed numerous schemes ranging in size from 12,000 sq ft to 400,000 sq ft, and encompassing over seven million sq ft of industrial and commercial space.

Points of note

This project for Chancerygate was a relocation from 35 Hays Mews to 12a Upper Berkeley Street over a tight 6 week programme. This new accommodation is over four floors and includes a lower ground breakout space for staff in a relaxed environment. The small floor plates allow for easy and straightforward segmentation by business unit, whilst still being the sole tenant in the building. We worked in close partnership on an extended design process which ensured the Client moved into an office that they were 100% happy with.
