Client Background
Babson Capital Europe is one of the leading investment managers of European loans, with over £6.7 billion under management. They serve clients all over the globe, from Europe to the Far East.
Their core focus is managing senior secured loans, mezzanine loans and leveraged buyout related high yield bonds.
Points of note
We were appointed before lease completion and were involved in the negotiations with Babson’s new landlord regarding access logistics, financial contributions and design detailing. The office design process was undertake on a fast-track basis and the fit-out project was undertaken whilst the entire building was being comprehensively refurbished by the landlord’s professional team and contractors.
