300 South Oak Way, Green Park Reading has been designed and constructed to a very high standard. The property comprises a modern five-storey office building. The property is located in Greenpark which is located with good access to junction 11 of the M4 and approximately 3 miles from Reading Town Centre where the mainline station provides services to London Paddington.

Maris have completed a 144,000 sq ft office design & fit-out scheme for Huawei at Green Park. The Project was a relocation project from Huawei’s old office in Basingstoke to a purpose-designed UK operations centre with a canteen/tea-point, building security arrangements, graphics and way-finding and all acoustic and partitioning requirements.
