The main property entrance is situated on Killick Street, with a second entrance for cars via Collier Street. The property was constructed in 1991. The property has been designed exclusively for office use.

Maris Expertise
Maris Interiors have undertaken a full office design and fit-out project for Notting Hill Housing Trust consisting of 43,000 sq ft. We provided full refurbishment of the building including the complete replacement of air-conditioning systems, entrance areas and external works. Specifically, Notting Hill wanted to ensure that the space gave their staff excellent facilities including cafe, break out and collaboration areas.

We worked alongside Notting Hill and their consultants, Cushman Wakefield, for a number of months to ensure the scope of works and budgets were tailored to the specific requirements of the scheme.
